1. In order to make a purchase:
A. Register as a client.
B. Fill out the form and immediately get a personal account. Accessing the account may place your order without refilling more data to make purchases. The data used in creating your account will be used for the completion of delivery of products, its importance is encouraged to be accurate.
C. Select a product or products you want and add them to your shopping cart. The articles set out in the store are displayed images of the product that is acquired.
D. Once you added the products to the basket, contact our customer service offices trough our mail (perlamia@perlamia.com) so they will send you a quote with the prices of products to buy.
E. Shipping charges are not included in the price, and are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package once the order has been placed an its existence verified.
F. Continue the process of drawing up an order and stop before making payments. At this point you must select what type of method of payment you want to make, choosing one of two options presented, either wire transfer or PAYPAL. If subsequently selected all the products that interest you, you want the cash out just repeat the process until the end.

For a purchase to be considered wholesale it must contain a minimum of 15 products or more.
Wholesale buying gain a special discounts, specified as follows:
Discount Pearl: from 0 to $499 a 10% discount.
Discount Silver: from $500 to $999 a 15% discount.
Discount Gold: from $1000 to $4999 a 20% discount.
Discount Platinum: from $5000 to $9999 a 25% discount.
Discount Diamond: over $10000 a 30% discount.
3. Accomplishment of the payment:
Payment is done by bank transfer or PAYPAL. You can select any of these two modes of payment at the end of the online ordering process where the necessary data will appear and complete the cancellation.
4. The state of an order:
There are three states through which an order passes:
- Pending (its request is received and we are verifing the availability of the product)
- In process (the order was attended and its been prepared to leave our warehouses)
- Given (it arrived correctly at its destiny)

5. Response Time:
We will respond to any information requests and orders at a maximum of 48 hours. If they are not in stock at our headquarters, we will check it status were we manufacture the products, and that will take another 24 hours.
6. Delivery of the order:
International deliveries have a delivery time between 6 and 12 days once confirmed the cancellation of the order, its packaging and shipping. These deliveries are made through UPS or FedEx.
7. General conditions:

8. Taxes:
